Process of system:
Bucket Conveyor----Input the materials into the separating system;
Trilaminar Vibrating Screen----Can wipe biggish bean,lesser bean,fragmentized bean and other impurities whose size is different from the finished product;
Pneumatic Separator----Can eliminate lighter impurities such as shell,wool and weeds;
Dry Stoneer----It is primarily used in the elimination of heavy impurties such as stones,metallic particles etc.
Gravity Separator----It is used to provide a separation when there is a different in the specific gravity from product,such as hollow bean,bad bean,verminous bean etc.
Polisher----It is used in dedusting and polishing on the surface of bean.
Double Deck Vibrating Screen----Fragmentized bean is wiped off again.
Frictional Separator----It can eliminate the impurities whose fricitional coeffcient is different from the product.
Magnetic Separator----Clods,pumices,stones and other feebly magnetic minerals will be wiped off by the high magnetic intensity.
Electronic scale----It is used for measuring,packing or entering the further processing line.
Bucket Elevator----The system is connected by the bucket elevators. |
